About the Competition
Satya Legal Education is in order to make law
accessible to all, inviting Articles/Essays on current legal/social issues. We
are trying to develop a huge glossary and day to day updates on legal/social
issues, so that laymens, law students & law professionals may kept
themselves aware and your acumen may get true appreciation.
Topic:
Critically examine the above statement with
respect to any one of the following in the Indian context:
1.
Wome’s
Right in parental property after Vineeta Sharma veridict critically examine with earlier position
in India.
2.
Media
Trial: Does it have effect on our judicial system.
3.
Extra
judicial execution is a threat to our democracy: critically examine.
4.
Public
interest Litigation – “a revolution in
justice”.

Submission Guidelines
- Articles/Essay necessarily have
to be in English language only.
- The article/essay should be an
original work and should not be previously published elsewhere.
- Only one entry per author may
be submitted. An article may be co-authored by up to 2 authors.
- Incomplete, multiple or
plagiarized (beyond 25%) submissions will be summarily rejected.
- The word limit should not
exceed 2500 words.
- All references must be
adequately credited in footnotes.
- All submissions have to be made
in .pdf & .docs format.
- Final
submission has to be uploaded on the link provided for the same on
Satya Legal Education [Submit Your Article Page].
The preferred
formatting guidelines are as follows:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 13.5 point
- Line spacing: 1.5
